Sound Healing Chakra Yoga + Potluck Picnic + Mindful Hike
This event will be held on the South Shore of Devil’s Lake on July 23rd 7:30-10:30AM
Hosts: Valerie Stone, Anthony Larson and Tatsiana Oneill (From the GPOE’s Forward in the Field)
Event Details:
Join certified yoga teacher Valerie Stone and sound healer Tony Larson for a morning of community, nature, yoga and healing sound! This event is open to all, and beginners are welcome. Exact gathering location will be shared closer to the event.
The morning will begin with a 90 minute chakra-focused yin yoga practice accompanied by healing vibrations, followed by a potluck picnic brunch and a mindful hike to complete our time together.
Participants should bring comfortable clothes, yoga mat, blanket for under the mat, water bottle, cup for coffee/tea, and nourishing food to eat and/or share. We look forward to seeing & spending time with you!
