The Greatest Place on Earth has created a series of Neighborhood Pop-Up Fairs to gather the families in our Baraboo neighborhoods on Thursday nights in July and August. So, while practicing social distancing, our Baraboo community can certainly unite to show their love and support to small businesses and families.

Overall, these Pop-Up Fairs will host various exciting pop-up shopping and food vendors. So, The Greatest Place on Earth Brand Truck will be loaded with great Baraboo Merchandise, 99.7 MAX FM will be spinning tunes live for the event.

Next Neighborhood Pop-Up Fair is Thursday, 7/30, at Haskins Park from 5 pm-7 pm!

The First Pop-Up Fair – Gordon L. Wilson

Our First Neighborhood Pop-Up Fair happened Thursday, 7/23, outside Gordon L. Wilson Elementary, and we had a  great turnout! Overall, the market-style shopping, painting demos, and delicious food and treats were fantastic!  Then, watching the kids be kids, playing in jungle gyms, getting temporary tattoos, and scarfing down giant Frannie’s Franks Hot Dogs. Baraboo uniting reminded us all you can still lean on your community even when you’re 6 feet apart.

Blank Canvas Arts wowed all the Neighborhood Pop-up Fair locals with their awesome painting demos! The kids and adults gathered to watch the magic happen! Blank Canvas Arts also offer painting classes for anybody who wants to let their creativity run wild!

Brown Butter Bakery

Mouth-watering goodness from The Brown Butter Bakery at the Neighborhood Pop-Up Fair! The Brown Butter Baker is a farm-to-table bakery based in Baraboo, Wi. You can find them at many of the Baraboo Sunday Markets and some of the Neighborhood Pop-Up Fairs. Also, the Carrot Cake Loaf with a cheesecake layer was to die for!

Neighborhood Pop-Up Fair FUN

Finally, temporary tattoos, jungle gyms and making friends! The Neighborhood Pop-Up Fair is the perfect place to play! So, get comfy on a blanket in the shade with a mound of Jose’s Authentic Mexican tacos while listening to 99.7 MAX FM tunes, or go play king of the mountain on the jungle gym.

The amount of fashionable women’s apparel the Midnight Market Boutique displayed at the Neighborhood Pop-Up Fair was amazing! Stylish, trendy pieces are something to accentuate anyone’s unique style. They will be returning to some of our future Neighborhood Pop-Up Fairs!

Nothing warms our hearts more than seeing so many living their lives and making memories in their The Greatest Place on Earth Shirts! Also, showing Baraboo and its small businesses some extra love and support means the world!

Moreover, without the fantastic local food trucks, the Neighborhood Pop-Up Fair would be lacking. Frannie’s Franks gourmet hotdogs were a huge hit! Loaded with all the fixins’ everyone left with a full belly.

Joses Authentic Mexican Simultaneously, the food hit the spot as the sun went down over the trees! Furthermore, the amount of tacos and loaded nachos that they made fresh was incredible. Indeed, mounds and mounds of savory deliciousness.
